Welcome New Board Members: September 2018

We are pleased to welcome Jay Seibels, Jr. (left) and Andy Solgere to our all-volunteer board.

Jay (at left) is the managing partner of the Seibels Law Firm, PA. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is deeply involved in South Carolina’s captive insurance industry and serves on the boards of insurance related trade associations. Jay also serves as a lay Eucharistic minister at St. Michael’s Anglican Church, and is a civil court mediator.

Andy Solgere retired as a Colonel from the USMC after 30 years of active duty service. He is a graduate of the Naval Academy and the US Naval War College and holds a Bachelor’s degree and two Master’s degrees. He currently serves as an interpretive Park Ranger at Fort Sumter National Monument, a volunteer at Patriots Point, and is a member of the Parris Island Historical and Museum Society.
