Welcome new board members

Welcome new board members Kenneth M. Pickens (l) and Charles E. Baldwin. Kenneth is 1982 Citadel BS and MBA graduate and Wilson Ring awardee. With 36 years of commercial banking experience he is currently Executive VP of South Atlantic Bank. Chaplain Maj Gen Charles C Baldwin USAF (ret.) is 1969 Air Force Academy graduate and pilot with 2 combat tours in Vietnam. He was awarded 2 Distinguished Flying Crosses and 4 Air Medals and was Chief of Chaplains USAF.
